We made it.

Later today I shall post photos of our Carpmas Meal: Baked SeaFood Dip and Chips

Thank you, Miss Frida (and Ms Ann) for helping with my creative exercise.

 

LATER THAT DAY…

 

Baked Seafood Dip by Charmaine (compiled from several sources, at least seven)

Blend:

  • 1/2 cup-ish finely chopped green onion
  •  1/8 cup-ish  ”             ”         yellow onion
  •  two cloves minced garlic
  • half a large red bell pepper
  • splash of lemon juice
  • splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • pepper and salt
  • teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2, 8oz packages of cream cheese (soften, soften, soften)
  • two cups of… sea food (I chose salmon, crab leg meat and minced crab, all canned, drained)
  • sprinkle of cheddar cheese (to decorate the top before you bake)

spread into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Serve warm with potato chips

 

 

 

It was SUPER good!
